A guide to reprogramming your subconscious mind

The more you do something, the more it gets reinforced into your subconscious.
That is why, when you learn something new, it is important to repeat that often, so as to reinforce that thought/ action into your subconscious mind.

The more you reinforce it, the more it gets etched into your memory.
When you practice something often, you're strengthing the connections between your neurons, which goes a long way in building your memory.

When it gets embedded in your memory, it becomes a habit.
And that is how you develop habits. You strengthen those habits by recalling what's already there in your memory.

When you reinforce those habits, they become your traits/ qualities.
The more you practice those habits, the more they get embedded in your mind, and that's what comes out as a reflex.
(For e.g.: Any time when an insect tries to enter your eyes, you chuck it with the wave of your hand. That's something you were taught while you were young, but you still do it the same way even today - because repeating that action multiple times has made that a reflex mechanism)

And that's exactly how you reprogram your subconscious mind.
The job of your subconscious mind is to do exactly as it's told. So it's technically, it's in 'your' power to decide how you want to respond - to the internal stimuli as well as the external situations.

And finally, it is those 'traits/ habits', that define you, as a person!
Also yes, as Jack Canfield has quoted:
Your habits determine your future!

And that's how the law of attraction works!
You attract what you believe!
You manifest what you believe!

Take home message:
Re-program your subconscious mind, to manifest all that you want!
